Tucked away on an olive tree-lined drive, Casa Vitale offers tranquility without being too isolated. You can walk to the pleasant village of Carassai for a coffee or aperitif, and can reach the sparkling beaches along the Adriatic coast in just fifteen minutes, yet return to your haven for some peace and solitude. The two-story house has been renovated to provide 21^st century comforts but keep all the appeal of the original building.

There are terra cotta floors throughout. The living room offers ample space for relaxing and a wood-burning fireplace for chilly nights. A cozy library is a nice spot to unwind with a cup of tea and a good book (there are many titles to choose from, as well as local guidebooks provided for your use). The large, traditional farmhouse kitchen has been transformed into a gourmet’s delight and is completely equipped for preparing and enjoying meals from the abundant local specialties.

There are four spacious bedrooms upstairs, which comfortably sleep eight people (2 contain double beds and 2 contain two twin-sized beds), and two spacious bathrooms (one with a shower, the other with a bathtub). Another bath is located downstairs. One of the bedrooms opens onto a lovely balcony. The house also comes equipped with a washer and dryer.

Outside you will find gorgeous landscapes of the surrounding countryside sprinkled with vineyards and grain fields. Casa Vitale also boasts entrancing views down to the Adriatic Sea to the west and a wide vista taking in the mountains to the south and east. A luxurious infinity pool allows you to cool off while absorbing these enchanting panoramas. An outdoor barbecue allows you to enjoy the cool breezes and ever-changing sunsets from the patio.

Nearby Carassai offers all the basic services you’ll need for daily life, such as a grocery, coffee bars, butcher shop, and a take-out pizzeria. Many medieval hill towns are in easy reach, the beach is only fifteen minutes away, and there is easy access for sightseeing in the Piceno Province as well as throughout Le Marche and Abruzzo.
