Occupying a sun-drenched, elevated position at the end of a tranquil lane near the beautiful hill town of Ripatransone, Casa dei Cieli promises spectacular views and a peaceful respite for your vacation. The gorgeous panorama from the house encompasses a sweeping view of three mountain ranges, no less than six historic hill-towns, and alternating patchworks of sunflowers, grain fields, and vineyards.

The two-story house has recently undergone a high-quality restoration using the finest materials and craftsmanship. Charm abounds in the traditional features such as wood-beamed ceilings, travertine flooring, and cozy country-style fireplace. Premium furnishings ensure a comfortable stay. The spacious country kitchen comes fully equipped with all the cookware and serving pieces necessary, along with a five-burner gas range and oven. There is a study with a sofa bed that could easily accommodate children, and a bath with shower on the main level, as well as a washer and dryer.

The four upstairs bedrooms comfortably sleep eight people, making it ideal for families or a group of friends. Two bedrooms contain king beds, one a super king bed, and one holds a double bed. One bedroom boasts a balcony, perfect for absorbing the morning sun. There are two spa-quality baths, including one with a romantic claw-foot bathtub, the other with an oversized glass-encased shower.
Outside space is abundant with three levels of terraces, lawn and garden, all carefully landscaped and perfect for outdoor dining. From here you can absorb the spectacular sunsets and star-filled nights. A salt-water pool will be completed in time for Summer, 2008.
