Although part of the borgo, the cottage is detached except for one corner which is shared with a 15th Century tower. To the South there is a South facing terrace and to the East and West there is garden.
 
The cottage, which was restored a few years ago, includes a drawing room and a kitchen on the ground floor and a double bedroom, a spacious landing/study and bathroom on the first floor. The furniture is at once elegant and comfortable and all mod cons are present.
