Tenuta Il Girasole is a large and magnificent country house formely a charming 17^th C hunting lodge originally built by Conti Stella Scala in circa 1300.

The house has been completely renovated respecting the traditional techniques and materials and is surrounded by a park and a forest of oak trees and classic Mediterranean plants.

Tenuta il Grasole is located in a prime location nestled in the Marche countryside, only 4 km from the sea and from the A14 motorway and1 hour from both Ancona and Pescara airports.

The Sunflower Estate covers 890 sqm and now includes bedrooms for up to 30 people, a restaurant with 60 covers.

 

Ground floor: large dining room with vaulted ceilings and a professional kitchen.
First and second floor: reception areas, 3 double rooms with private bath, 2 apartments for 4 / 6 people, and 1 apartment for 6 / 7 people.

Outside, there is a barbecue and a swimming pool will shortly be built.
