During the viewings - unlike other agencies- we take the time to show you around the local villages, sights, and countryside in order to provide you with a deeper understanding of the area’s resources, history, and attractions (not to mention its culinary delights!).

David Parish
David is half English and half Italian, making him perfectly bilingual, and has deep family roots in Le Marche. He has lived in Italy permanently for the last sixteen years.
Educated in England and France he took a degree in Modern Languages at the University of London. David’s professional background is in the Services Sector. Prior to founding Vinci Properties, he was a partner in another leading estate agency, Magic Marche. He is a founder of one of Europe’s most prominent food certification bodies, Product Authentication Inspectorate Ltd, running the Italian operation for more than a decade. He is also founder member of a restaurant called Osteria dell’Arancio which has brought some of the colour and flavour of Le Marche to the King’s Road in London.

Born into a well-known family in the region (Vinci is his mother’s maiden name), David has made good use of his contacts to put together a highly qualified team that will guide potential buyers with all pre and post contract procedures.

Andrea Tombini
Andrea is a native of Le Marche, born and bred in Ascoli Piceno, the capital city of the region’s Southernmost province and has a varied professional background, but always service-oriented. He grew up in the family’s long-established hotel business, which was located just off Ascoli’s Piazza Arringo and there he learned English, as well as how to interact easily with foreigners. He also owned and operated a restaurant, and his hospitable nature is a great asset as he assists homebuyers. He genuinely enjoys meeting people and bringing diverse groups together and is always ready with a restaurant recommendation or other helpful advice.
He has worked in the construction industry as a roofer, giving him valuable experience and key contacts in that sector. Andrea has a number of years experience as an agent selling property to international and local buyers.
Andrea specialises in finding quality, charming homes in Ascoli Piceno, and rooting out beautiful undiscovered properties in the area.

Corrado Baldazzi

35 years old, lives in Sirolo, near Ancona, and Belgium. After taking a degree at the European School of Bruxelles he has continued his studies in political science at the University of Camerino. His passion has always been tourism: he knows Marche very well thanks to both his activity as manager (he runs a thriving small hotel), and as director for the promotion and the marketing of Marche in  Italy and in the world. He is active in real estate business and is convinced that Marche is the real future of Italy. He speaks Italian, French and English very well. Being a sportsman, he particularly enjoys sailing.

Elena Righi
Born and bred in San Giovanni in Persiceto an active town in the countryside of Bologna, she took a degree in Communication in international company and organizations at the University of Modena. She deepened her love of foreign languages through numerous travels abroad. Her main work experiences were in the sector of foreign trade for private companies. Sunny and patient she will listen to your requirements and give you constant support.
